Your BNC debit card is automatically monitored by BNC’s Fraud Prevention Service. If we spot potential fraud on your card, the following will happen:
- We will email you an alert with the option to respond “Fraud” or “No Fraud”.
- One minute later, we will text you with the option to respond “Fraud” or “No Fraud”.
- Five minutes later, you will receive a phone call to authenticate the transaction.
BNC’s Fraud Prevention Service will never ask you for your Debit Card PIN or Account Number.
